Conversations with fintech hubs from more established European markets highlighted something we should value more: speed. Latvia is small enough for people to connect quickly, ideas to move between the right tables, and conversations to turn into action in days, not months.

Our technology companies serving financial institutions, together with recruitment and talent businesses, are already taking their expertise across Europe and beyond. Copenhagen also reminded us how much value comes from simply being in the room. Meeting founders, investors, ecosystem builders and fellow associations gives us a clearer view of where the market is heading and where Latvia has a role to play.
