Fintech Breakfast “Talent mobility in 21st century: challenges and opportunities”
As we know, good employees are the backbone of a company, therefore during the first Fintech Breakfast of 2023, held on 15th February, we speaked about “Talent mobility in 21st century: challenges and opportunities” and discussed employment and talent market related questions.
During the event we addressed topics related to challenges in talent mobility in Latvia (including the form of cooperation with foreign resources). Advantages and disadvantages depending on the country of origin, practical aspects of labor import and possible solutions, consequences, and shortcomings:
